Getting started

Install Zeno Daemon on the devices you want to connect, then open the dashboard and select a host. Use the remote device’s Peer ID to configure Proxy, a forwarding mapping or a private network. The website provides installation and feature guides.

Troubleshooting

Make sure the peer is online, the listener address and port are reachable, and the device has accepted the system network permission. If a connection does not start, disconnect and reconnect the affected configuration, then check that the peer and gateway settings match.

What to include in a support request

Include the Zeno version, operating system and version, affected feature, approximate occurrence time, reproduction steps, expected behavior and the error shown. Redact passwords, private keys, access tokens, private addresses and other sensitive information before sharing screenshots or logs. Do not post full configurations in a public group.
